How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — standard shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Will your lights work with Australian power?

Yes. All plug-in Lumenza products are supplied with Australian-standard plugs and are designed for Australia's 230V mains supply. Battery, USB and solar-powered products work anywhere.

Do I need an electrician?

Plug-in, USB, battery and solar lights — no, just set them up and go. Any light that connects directly to mains wiring (hardwired pendants, ceiling lights and some wall lights) must be installed by a licensed electrician. This is a legal requirement in Australia and keeps your home insurance valid.

Are your smart lights compatible with Google Home and Alexa?

Smart products list their compatibility on the product page. Most work with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, or a standalone app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth — check the product description for specifics.

Can LED strips be cut to size?

Most LED strips have marked cut points so you can trim them to fit your space — the product page will tell you. Note that cut or adhered strips can't be returned for change of mind.

Will these work with my dimmer switch?

Only products listed as dimmable support dimming, and some require a compatible LED dimmer. Check the product page, and if you're unsure, email us before ordering.

How long do LED lights last?

Quality LEDs are rated for 20,000–50,000 hours — at a few hours a day, that's well over a decade of normal use.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund, including postage — your choice. See our Refund Policy.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Full details in our Refund Policy.
