Warranty
Every Lumenza product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What's covered
Faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use — dead LEDs or drivers, failed switches and controls, charging faults, and finishes that fail prematurely.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage to non-waterproof products, damage from incorrect installation (including mains fittings not installed by a licensed electrician), and modified products.
Making a claim
Email hello@lumenzalighting.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We respond within one business day. If it's a fault, we'll replace the product or refund you — including any postage.
