Welcome to Lumenza. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Lumenza is operated by Clickable Ecom (Australia). "We", "us" and "our" refer to Clickable Ecom.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error); if we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Shipping

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product information and safe use

We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour and appearance can occur. Light colour temperature and brightness can also render differently on screens than in person. If something you receive is materially different from its description, you're covered under our Refund Policy. Products that connect directly to mains wiring must be installed by a licensed electrician; we are not liable for damage caused by improper installation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our content (text, images, branding) without permission. All site content is owned by or licensed to Clickable Ecom.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and excluding liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information (name, address, email, order details) to fulfil orders and provide support, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. We don't sell your personal information. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and are never stored by us.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
