Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50, with a flat rate below that, calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels — you'll get tracking for each.

Returns

Change of mind: return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided it's unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost. Note: LED strips that have been cut or adhered, and any product that has been hardwired or installed, can't be returned for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or full refund, including return postage. Photos help us sort it quickly.
