Track Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. Here's how to follow it:

1. Check your shipping email

When your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. Multiple items may ship separately — you'll get tracking for each parcel.

2. Track any time

Click the link in your email, or paste your tracking number into the carrier's website. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.

Haven't received a shipping email?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Check your spam folder first; if there's nothing after 3 business days, email hello@lumenzalighting.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
