Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Lumenza. This policy sets out when and how you can get a refund, replacement or repair. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind — 30 days

If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Email hello@lumenzalighting.com with your order number to start a return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a replacement or full refund — including any return postage — your choice. Photos of the issue help us resolve it faster.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item (or approving the refund for faulty items). Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.

Items we can't accept back

We can't accept change-of-mind returns on LED strips that have been cut, trimmed or adhered to a surface, or on any light that has been hardwired or permanently installed. This does not affect your rights for faulty items.
